My Story
Navigating Relationships Is Hard
Finding the words to settle disputes, share your feelings, and keep your relationship strong can be a challenge whether you’re married, in a relationship, single, or dating.
If you’re like countless others (and myself in the past), you may be reflecting on 1 or several relationships in your life and can’t help but feel hopeless, angry, or resentful. You know you don’t want to feel this way forever, yet, don’t know where to go or how to make that change.
Still, you’re certain that there has to be a solution.
There is. And you’ve come to the right place.
It’s Never Too Late To Build Better Communication & Conflict Resolution Habits
You deserve to have mutually loving and respectful relationships. Yet to do this, you will need support to develop new skills and learn a new way of showing up with your partner. This includes learning to express your thoughts and feelings in a way in which your partner can hear you and to learn how to truly take in what your partner is sharing with you. I guide you as you learn to communicate better and access your authentic self, and as you learn to hold space for your partner to do the same.
Change Is A Process
It’s my mission to help individuals and couples step into fully empowered, loving, and reciprocal relationships by supporting them in co-creating lasting relationships full of vitality and strength.
Together, We Envision…
A future where the message of Shannon Birzon Coaching reaches far and wide that all who desire a fulfilling and intentional relationship are deserving and worthy of one – no matter what stage of life they are in.
We can learn to love ourselves and take in the love of another by stepping into authenticity and self-worth.
We can end unfulfilling relationships and learn to love ourselves in and out of a relationship.
We can speak in a way that has us feeling heard and in alignment with the person we want to be and learn to listen in a way that has our partner feeling cared for and understood.
We can offer kindness and grace in the face of adversity and learn to speak up for our needs, set boundaries, and can end relationships in service of being true to ourselves.
I believe that all are deserving of loving, mutual, respectful relationships. Regardless of one’s past traumas and challenges, everyone is capable of learning how to seek and welcome relationships that are truly fulfilling and meaningful.
